The hotel room I stayed in had its ups and downs. The beds were just two single beds pushed together, and the decor definitely needs some sprucing up. Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unready, making it hard to get their attention when needed.
The hotel offers basic rooms that need refurbishment, including a seating area and a balcony. The rooms are old and dated with a musty smell, and the heating system had issues during my stay. The service was excellent, with welcoming and accommodating staff. The location is central and close to major attractions, but the dining experience was average with limited options. Overall, a decent place with room for improvement.
